🌎 Earth's Seasons & Tilt
Why do we have Summer and Winter? It's not distance-it's the tilt! Watch how the 23.5° angle dictates the seasons as Earth orbits the Sun.

☀️ Direct vs Indirect Sunlight
Notice that the Earth's axis always points in the same direction (towards the North Star).
When a hemisphere leans towards the Sun, sunlight hits it directly, concentrating the heat (Summer). When it leans away, the sunlight hits at a shallow angle, spreading the same amount of heat over a much larger area (Winter).
